The return is valid only within the designated return period.

During the return period, you can easily request a return directly through your E-CRAFT account:

  1. Log in and navigate to the Orders section.
  2. Select the item you wish to return.
  3. Choose the appropriate reason for your return from the provided options.
  4. Submit your return request.

2. Contact Customer Service

Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team to initiate the return process manually. When reaching out, please ensure you provide your Order Number and the Reason for the return.

3. Validation & Processing Time

After your return request is submitted and validated by our team, you will receive an update on your account and via SMS within 7-10 working business days, after which your return will be fully processed.
